·       Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 3.30 pm (local time) will be processed the next business day.

·       You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Returns, Changes & Cancellations

·       Returns: Please refer to our (Refund Policy).

·       Order Changes: Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for edits or cancellations. Orders can only be changed or cancelled if they haven’t been despatched.

·       Lost/Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at sales@platinumenclosures.co.uk. It must be signed for as Damaged or Unchecked.
