When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 3:30 pm are usually dispatched the same business day. Larger bulk orders may require additional processing time.

No, we currently ship domestically only.

How do I arrange a return?
Please contact our office to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number before returning any items. Returns without an RMA cannot be accepted.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe back to the original payment method.
