All of our products are held in stock and are available for immediate dispatch. Orders placed before 3:30 pm will usually be shipped the same day. Please note that larger bulk orders may require additional processing time, which could result in a slight delay to dispatch.
If you need to arrange a return, please contact our office to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number before sending any items back. Returns cannot be accepted without a valid RMA.
